Four Advantages of Caribbean Citizenship

Visa-free mobility for life and business

Citizenship of a Caribbean country lets you travel to 153 to 160 countries without visas and without the time cost of consular procedures. The Schengen Area, the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and Switzerland are open for entry.

Access to banks and financial instruments

Opening accounts in Switzerland, Singapore and the UAE. Access to investment platforms, insurance solutions and jurisdictions for holdings and trusts.

Tax optimization

All five countries levy no tax on the worldwide income, capital gains, dividends and inheritance of non-resident citizens. This often covers the program investment itself.

No residence obligations

For obtaining and renewing the passport, most countries set no residence requirements for the investor and family.

We know this process from the inside, not as lawyers working from a textbook, but as people who have lived through it. That is why we spot the pitfalls where others see a smooth road, and we clear them from your path in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to obtain citizenship?

From 4 to 10 months, depending on the chosen country. Dominica and Antigua, 4 to 6 months; Grenada and Saint Kitts, 6 to 9 months; Saint Lucia, up to 10 months. We start document preparation right after the contract is signed, so no time is lost.

Do I need to travel to the Caribbean countries to obtain citizenship?

No. None of the five programs require personal presence, either to submit documents or to obtain the passport. Our lawyer obtains the documents and sends them to you directly.

What investment amount is required for citizenship?

The minimum entry threshold is from USD 200,000 (Dominica). The others: Antigua from USD 230,000, Grenada from USD 235,000, Saint Lucia from USD 240,000, Saint Kitts from USD 250,000. Government fees and due diligence charges are paid in addition. We provide the final calculation of all costs before the contract is signed, with no hidden payments.

Can my relatives obtain citizenship together with me?

Yes. The application includes a spouse and children under 18, and in most programs up to 25 to 30 if they are studying. The parents of both spouses can be included from age 55 (from 65 in some programs). Antigua and Saint Lucia also include siblings. Family composition directly affects the final cost, and in the consultation we calculate the exact sum for your situation.

Do I need to confirm my income?

Yes, a legal source of income that can be documented is a mandatory condition. This is a requirement of the participating governments, not ours. We help prepare and arrange all the necessary documents.

What if I am refused?

Refusals are extremely rare with a correctly assembled document package. We check your case before submission and rule out applications that would not pass due diligence. If a refusal does occur, we examine the reasons and can usually reapply or propose an alternative program. The terms for handling such situations are fixed in the contract.

Can I hold dual citizenship?

Yes. All five Caribbean programs permit dual citizenship. You do not need to renounce your current passport.

Will I be considered a tax resident?

No, if you do not live in the country. Caribbean citizenship in itself does not make you a tax resident. All five countries levy no tax on the worldwide income, capital gains, dividends and inheritance of non-resident citizens. Your tax status is set by your place of actual residence, not by citizenship.

Do I need to live in the country after obtaining the passport?

No. None of the five programs have a permanent residence requirement. You live wherever it is convenient for you.

Can everything be arranged remotely?

Yes, entirely. We work remotely at every stage: consultation, document preparation, submission and passport collection. You do not need to travel anywhere.

What Will Your Next Step Be?
